Ceremony and Reception Locations at Wild Basin Lodge
Meadow Peak is a short walk away from the main lodge (where the reception is held). With rugged wooden frames, a mountain backdrop, and bench seating this location is so worth the walk.
River Run has amphitheater style seating along the St. Vrain River. It’s super close to the reception building and bridal suite, and has the option for string lights.
Wild Basin Lodge has a 15000 square foot lodge and reception area! The reception area itself is around 8,000 feet, has dinner seating for up to 200 guests, an 18x24ft dance floor and a full service bar. There’s an outdoor deck that looks out on Mt. Copeland and St. Vrain as well.

Wild Basin Lodge provides a bartender, front of house team and a coordinator to make sure everything runs perfectly.
Wild Basin Lodge only holds one venue a day! All 13.5 acres are yours.
The day of coordinator will help you with menu selection, room layouts and timeline crafting! The wedding coordinator (available in certain pakcages) will help you figure out anything and everything from the moment you book.
Prices start at $12000 for 50 guests and the Elevated Package (their most popular package on average) ranges from $25,000 - $40,000. Prices vary depending on the day of the week and seasonality. Every package includes the venue, catering, and unlimited bar all in the base price!
The in house Chef provides plenty of food options to choose from, you’ll absolutely find something you love. Food is served family style so that everyone can enjoy dinner at the same time.
